Please supply Your Name, Location ( Castle , etc), Unit #, Week available, E-mail, Home Phone, rent cost and sale cost.
It is our intention to help the Owners at the three facilities to rent, trade, sell or purchase units at a reasonable cost. Many times the units go unused and could be rented out.
Also when renting or trading you should provide a written statement (copy on Low Priced Interval page) to the renter to show upon use at The Facilitys front desk and you should also notify Bluebeards or the proper resort of your intent. Sales of your units are between you and the purchaser directly, hence no 25% charge by the facility. It is also recommended the Buyer should have a title search done, drawing of the deed and filing done by an attorney. The cost to the Buyer should be approx $500. For deed info contact:
