- Sea Chateau Fiesta Punch
- The quantities of the ingredients will depend on how much of the punch you want to make at a time.
1 "part each" Hawaiian Punch, frozen limeade concentrate, frozen orange juice concentrate
2 "parts" rum (your favorite)
Put all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until frozen to slushy consistency.
Pour into serving glasses and top with a sprinkle of zest from an orange. Add more rum to preference.
Tip: To serve this to the kids, just leave out the rum. The frozen fruit bases blended together make a wonderful special.
- Mudslide
- 6 ozs Vodka,Baileys Irish Creme, 4 ozs Kahlua,Fill blender with ice,Blend till smooth
- Bushwacker
- In a Blender over ice: 1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream,1 oz Kahlua, Amaretto, Vodka
1/2 oz Coconut Rum, Blend, then top with whipped cream and nutmeg
- B B C' S (Bailey's Banana Colada)
- In a blender put 1 oz. each of Bailey's Irish Cream, Kahlua, Amaretto, and Banana liqueur, 2 oz. of rum, 4 oz of milk and 1 banana.
Add ice and blend til smooth. Pour in glass, sit back, sip and say "Ahhhhhhh!!". Good Night!

- In a blender put 1 oz light rum, 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream, 1/2 banana, 4 oz pineapple juice, splash of coconut milk, blend and top with whipped cream
- Pirates Rum Punch
- Mix: 1 oz each of Light and Dark Rum, 2 ozs of each Orange juice,Pineapple
juice and Guava juice, a splash of grenadine and a dash of nutmeg, Shake well
- The Greenhouse Mount Gay Martini
- 1/2 oz each Pineapple Juice, sweet and sour mix, Lime Juice, 1 oz Mount Gay Rum
Shake over Ice and strain into Martini glass

- It makes me very sad to hear that anyone is out of Rum punch, So here is the recipe.
4 oz Lime Juice,1 oz Angostura Bitters,12 oz Grenadine Syrup,19 oz Mount Gay Eclipse
13 oz Sugar Syrup,1 tsp. Nutmeg,18 oz Water
Mix the lime juice, water and sugar syrup. Combine the mixture with grenadine syrup and Mount Gay Rum
Add the Angostura Bitters and stir well. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and garnish with a cherry.Enjoy over ice.

- Melon Coloda
- In a blender over one cup of ice : 2 ozs of Midori or Melon Liqueur, Coconut Cream and White Rum,
4 ozs of Pineapple Juice . Blend till smooth and top with a cherry .

- In a blender over one cup of ice : 2 oz of Midori,2 oz of Meyers Dark Rum, a banana, and pineapple juice to top it off

- Shimmies Banana Daiquiri
- 2 ozs White Rum,1/2 oz Creme de Coco and Creme de Banana, one sliced Banana
Blend with 3/4 cup ice, spri nkle with nutmeg if desired
- Vodka Slush
- 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. lime juice, 1 oz. simple syrup, add ice and blend
- Jamaican Rum Punch
- 1 oz. light rum, 1 oz. overproof rum, 2 oz. pineapple juice, 2 oz. orange juice, 2 oz. lime juice and strawberry syrup to taste
- Purple Rain
- 1 oz. vodka, 1/4 to 1/2 oz. blue curacao, 1/4 to 1/2 oz. grenadine, 1oz. fruit syrup, 1/4 to 1/2 oz. lime juice, add ice and blend
